How RentAI handles information

Information collected

The service stores account contacts, property and tenancy records, agreements, billing and payment records, maintenance information, uploaded evidence, notification logs and security events supplied by customers and users.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the service, secure accounts, generate bills and reports, deliver requested notifications, process payment records and support customers.

Organization separation

Each organization receives isolated workspace tables. Access checks, roles, protected download endpoints and private storage controls prevent one customer from reading another customer’s records.

Providers

Hosting, email, SMS and payment providers process only the information required to deliver their services. Their own policies and charges also apply.

Retention and deletion

Records are retained while an account is active and as needed for contractual, security and legal purposes. Authorized administrators can request export or deletion, subject to required retention.

Security

RentAI uses password hashing, CSRF protection, optional two-factor authentication, role controls, audit logs, protected files and encrypted gateway secrets. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
