Clear rules for using the platform

1. Service
RentAI provides property, tenant, agreement, billing, payment-record, maintenance and communication tools. Customers remain responsible for checking financial records, agreements, tenant information and legal requirements.
2. Accounts and access
Account holders must provide accurate information, protect credentials and only invite authorized people. Tenant invitations are one-time and organization-specific.
3. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew for the selected monthly or annual period after payment approval. Plan limits apply to properties, units, tenants and staff. External SMS, email and payment-provider charges may be billed separately.
4. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, access another organization, upload unlawful material, interfere with security or send unsolicited messages.
5. Customer data
Each customer controls the information entered into its workspace and must have permission to collect and process it. Customers should maintain appropriate backups and respond to data requests.
6. Availability and liability
Service interruptions may occur for maintenance, hosting problems or events outside reasonable control. To the extent allowed by applicable law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period.
